The controller is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the website MatinKakku.

Data processor

The technical implementation, hosting and delivery of form responses are outsourced to Hemming Solutions Oy (trading as Houstie), which processes personal data on behalf of and according to the instructions of the controller. Data is stored on Amazon Web Services within the European Union (Frankfurt).

Personal data collected

The website's forms collect the following data: Form "Ota yhteyttä!": Name, E-mail, Phone, Message or order enquiry.

In addition, the time of submission, the form language and the sender's IP address are stored to prevent abuse.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed in order to handle and respond to enquiries, reservations and orders made through the form. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest and, where applicable, the preparation or performance of a contract.

Retention period

Form responses are kept for at most 180 days from submission, after which they are deleted automatically. Responses forwarded to the controller by e-mail remain in the controller's mailbox according to its own practices.

Disclosure and transfers

Data is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to prevent spam and processes technical data about the sender. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area except within the limits of the service providers' data protection terms.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict processing and object to processing. Requests are addressed to the controller at atte+demo1@kaupunkilounaat.fi. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
